Three people can easily share a pizza.
Great pizza, food, service, and atmosphere.
Really tasty Pizza and good selection beer.
I love this place! The staff is super friendly, I find it refreshing to see this stellar customer service now in days.
Great pizza, spaghetti and service! Awsome place!
We had a large group and they treated us very well. Delicious pizza, wine and beer!
Food was good. Staff was lovely. A little boujee.
This place really surprised me! You see best pizza in SF lists all the time and I can't believe I've never seen this one mentioned. Mosdef, one of the best pizza in the city no one talks about! We ordered the mushroom and I'd highly recommend it.
Great pizza. It's a bit pricey at $20+ per pie, but it is good. Service is friendly and the ice tea is good.
One of the best happy hours downtown. It's a little small but the food and drinks are great, definitely grab a slice here. Try to get a reservation here before you head over if you're coming with a big group because they have very limited seating for large groups.
Amazing pizza, made in front of your eyes!
Nice place, the food is good but the staff could be more friendly, we went 5 minutes before they opened, and they didn't let us in, the weather was really cold, they could at least let us get in.
Great service, delicious pizza. Ask for the vegan version of the Veggie pizza. It's amazing.
This hand crafted pizza is too good to pass. The pizzas are big enough to feed 2-3 people (at least that was true during my visit). The service is superb!
Great happy hour deals. Food is excellent for the price. The bottled beer selection was really good. Taps... Not so much.
Pizza was absolutely delicious, nice decor and friendly staff (pizzas are huge so order 1 between at least 2 people)
Had the east coast Hawaii Jersey Pizza. Great tasting, simple flavours. Large size pizzas-one is good for two people.
Great tomato pie. Best bet is during happy hour. Get a slice and drink to for a reasonable price.
Prices are pretty high, but it is San Francisco. Pizza is good. Their appetizers are good as well. Their service was okay.
Disorganized AF. Noone taking to-go orders. They advertise slices to go on the street but there is no where to go/stand. Its wall to wall seating and when asked where to get a to-go order I was just told "The Bartender"
My customer meeting in the area ended a little early so decided to stop by here for their happy hour (2:30 pm - 6 pm M-F) before heading back home. I sat at the bar and decided to go for their Happy hour beer and slice ($8). Asked for a slice of cheese pizza and got the Claritas Kolsh beer and finished off with a Pumpkin Ale ($5) before calling it a nightThe pizza slice was very good and did full justice to the NY style thin pizza. The service was also pretty good with the bartender being attentive yet not over bearing. Considering prices in the area their price for happy hour was also pretty good as you are literally getting the pizza slice for free. Overall a pretty good experience that I would have no problem in repeating again if I was in the area.
We really enjoyed the meat lovers pizza. Great crust and lots of meat.
I love this pizza place! Great food and nice staff!
$20 for a cold sandwich and ginger lemonade. Not outrageous for SOMA, I suppose. Three TV's, one playing broadcast Titanic. A bit loud. Food was fine
Reasonably good pizza, but more expensive than it's worth. You'll end up spending $25+ for a pizza that 2 people could eat, but it wouldn't be supremely filling (very thin crust and light on toppings).
Reliably delicious thin crust pizza in downtown SF. It was an extra special treat to come here for SF Beer Week as they added a selection of tasty beers to an already great beer and wine menu, with proceeds going to a local non-profit organization. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this spot for pizza, in particular the meaty New Yorker, bianca, and mushroom pizzas!
Stumbling upon this gem was the highlight of my trip to San Fran. Absolutely amazing pizza and great staff. Highly recommend stopping in for a slice or even a whole pizza if you dare!
Expensive, and not enough toppings or cheese. It does "look" fancy though, if you care about looks for posting on social media.
Food was great but the people are amazing! Best bartender I have ever had. I'll be coming back for every vacation I ever take here,
Good thin crisp pizza, leave off the sour cream .
Love this place. Great happy hour special. I miss working in the area and having a Post-Work pizza and wine. They are pretty crowded at lunchtime. My favorites are the pizzas, the meatball sub, and the antipasto salad. Yum!
Delicious, simple, fresh. This restaurant has the most extraordinary summer vegetable appetizer and sour dough crust. For dessert, the homemade tiramisu will leave you speechless. If you’re still not convinced, the atmosphere is laid back and personal with superb service and the friendliest staff.
Stopped in with the kids, Saturday night at 8. Good response to our wheelchair, great service. Tasty appetizer. Pizzas were excellent. I like my crust a little crisper, but hey.
Usually wonderful sushi an I LOVE it. Worth the hour wait. But I went during an extremely busy holiday weekend. Wait was 2 hours but we stuck it out... The fish was much smaller in quantity and quality on the sashimi deluxe platter.... Why???
Great area. Very surprised how quiet this area was, especially for a city.
Nice pizza, good beer, mid prices
Love the foods here, Caesar salad, fried calamari and chicken wings are delicious! Came here for takeout and just fell in loveâ¤ï¸
Ive been to Jersey Pizza a couple times and really like the food especially the funghi risotto and the margherita pizza which I often order. service, ambience is good though it gets crowded on the weekend and there is often a wait for a couple hours. overall an excellent place.
Truly delicious american style pizza. Cozy environment and friendly service.
Nice staff with good knowledge of the menu and beer selection but the pizza was disappointing. Over cooked base meant it was way too crunchy but the toppings were pretty good - particularly the broccolini. Portions are big so order small. Also they have TVs on in here like a sports bar. Don’t take anyone with a small attention span
Being from the east coast anytime you see Taylor ham or pork roll on the menu you know the place is going to be good. We started with a meatball crostini which was fantastic. A homemade meatball with a perfect balance of sauce and cheese. We then had the "New Yorker" pizza which was true to the east coast thin crust style of pizza or, you know, pizza. Done well with a thin crispy crust. Then we move to dessert. Made in house tiramisu. Which was very good.Additionally they have a solid draft menu with beers from the local area and a staff that knows beer.
The pizza is fabulously tasty with many unique choices from which to choose. Kept finding ways to “stumble “ upon this hard to find hole in the wall restaurant. Food and experiences made even more special by ever-smiling and professional staff.
The New Yorker was delicious and was some of the closest to authentic East coast style pizza I've had in San Francisco
I had the most amazing pizza here. If you want to experience San Francisco this is the place to go. And not too expensive either!
Enjoyed the meat lovers pizza & beer. A bit pricey but a tasty quick meal.
It's a good spot to grab a beer and some food for happy hour.
Nice slice of home in SF with west coast flair. They differentiate pies from East and West coast along with a bunch of solid appetizers, and even have a Pork Roll pie! Nice vibes for a date night, and the last time I was there they were serving Pliney the Elder bottles which is a nice touch! Not your typical roadside Italian pizza joint from the Northeast; more of a pizza dining experience. Been there three times already :)
Great happy hour and pizza!
Easy happy hour menu. VERY reasonable in an overpriced city and neighborhood.Great service.Good music.
Tasty pastas. Lasagna was excellent. Friendly and attentive service. Surprisingly not busy on a Saturday night.
I look forward to going back and trying some of the appetizers. They sounded tasty but I wasn't hungry enough this time. The pizza was good even if it was a little fancy for my usual pizza inclinations. We just ordered a meat lovers to keep it in the real of "normal" pizza instead of trendy hipster craziness. They have a pretty expansive beer list and I tried a nice amber ale that was recommended by the pretty server. So yeah this place is definitely worth checking out and I plan to go back and expand my review at some point.
